Laundry Procedure

1.  SORTING OF LINEN
  • Linen must be sorted prior to processing to enhance the efficiency of the cleaning process.

2.  LOADING WASHER
  • Washer must be loaded with appropriate amount of soiled linen.

3.  WASH HANDS
  • Must wear clean rubber gloves or wash hands prior to unloading clean laundry.

4.  UNLOADING WASHER
  • Unload clean linen into CLEAN LINEN cart.

5.  UNLOADING / LOADING DRYER
  • Load dryers to appropriate load weight and process time.
  • Items dried too long may be damaged or discoloured.
  • Dryers must have a cool down stage to minimise wrinkling.

6.  FINISHING
